    BLT egg wraps

Vegastare you could use excess wraps for these 1 is hexb, or you could make fajita's
    fajita-002.jpg

You can also freeze them individually and just take 1 out at a time so you are not tempted to eat them all in one go x

Right on my buy/do list - will try the pasties next week Hubby away, wraps he will eat but a pastie or pie made out of a wrap....nah he is a funny old thing!!!!
Will make the filling and then freeze the rest for another time.
The pie maker looks great.......glad I hadn't heard of them though I would have more weight to loose, honest I have steak and pork pie mania.
Saw a t v show on Brit's Best Pies - couldn't believe that I actually went into the Farm Shop that made them last month when I was away. Yep I bought a pork pie and a quiche and who gained weight while on holiday....no wonder. What with the farm shop pies and the local bakers danish pastries!!

Thanks as always Bubbs for the pics

Well done poundsinbucks, you're doing really well.

My problem is my sister who is now a size 24-26, every time I see her she looks bigger.
I try talking to her about her weight but we always end up falling out.
Any advice on how I try to help her to understand would be welcome.

Have you got a couple of old magazines you could take with you so she can see how much we can tuck into and still lose weight ? Does she live near you so you could go with her? It may be that she is worrying about going to a group on her own, I know I did.

Couple of ideas there. Hope it helps.

Pleased to say I lost 0.5lb rater than the 0.5 I thought I'd put on.

Today has been on plan and hoping to keep it that way even though we're now away in the motorhome until Sunday.

    B - fruit
    L - Spanish omelette
D - gammon sweet potatoes and veg

    HEA - milk
HEB - nothing planned but have got a box of gifs if I want something
    Syns - wine:D

    Thanks Denise.
I gave her my new sw books in March
She sent them back to me, uninterested.

Her friend recently lost 4st going to group so deep down she knows it works.
I even suggested that she went along with her but no.

It's got to the stage where every time we meet we end up falling out if I suggest anything.
curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!

Glad you got a small loss Denise . :T

    I'm envious as I think I'm going backwards. :(

My friend laid on a super lunch today. Starter and main were fine until she brought out a pudding specially made (Eton mess cheesecake) and then one of my favourite cheeses (Epoisse). It would have been seriously rude not to have some. :o

So it's a case of drawing a line and moving on. In the morning I'll do my meal plan and shop and try again. :)
