Today's plan (just realised as I was typing that it's an SP day!

    B1 - 1 weetabix with milk - part HEA1 + 3 Syns
    B1 - pork & tomato sandwich - HEB + 2 for spread
L - stuffed mushrooms topped with a little parmesan with salad
D - HM chicken curry with cauliflower rice. Might also do some green beans with it.

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - milk/parmasan
    HEB - bread

    Syns - weetabix 3

Really pleased for you both. :A

It's infuriating that it's so much time out for a blood test Denise . :( Maybe not the one you're having but since we had a state of the art medical centre built to replace our old surgery we don't have to trek to the hospital any more. Although our hospital is only 2 miles away. I suppose it's the downside of country life. :(

On the subject of overweight family, I have two close to me. They've both got to target with SW and put the weight back on. You've got to be prepared to take on board that it's a permanent change in eating habits. That's why I get cross when people call SW a diet. It'll work as a diet in the short term but if you go back to old habits then the weight will come back. Obvious really.

    True.
My sister was a size 24 about 25 years ago.
    Then a 14.
Now back up to around a size 26.......
Bigger clothes are easier to buy now so it doesn't seem to bother her this time.
    Worries me though! :(

To be fair the doctor did say that if my GP surgery could do it that would be OK but I'd still have to go every week. Unfortunately out GP doesn't do blood tests. I'd still have to go to the hospital if my calcium levels rise again! But at least it wouldn't take as long. I've got a local hospital but always have to wait a couple of hours there because it covers such a big area just for blood tests!

Sorry to hear you're still waiting Bubbs. Hope you don't have to wait much longer and can get home at a reasonable time.

Well another loss today 1 1/2 lb....which I am happy with.

No news from Bubbs yet hope all has gone well, and pleased for you too Denise.

My thought is as long as I loose or stay the same some weeks it's the gains...sometimes life gets in the way of your routine and as long as you buckle down and recognize it and move on.
