Glad you are home bubbs, sorry you have to go through it all over again though xx

Ouch scary that sounds painful, I agree gardening can be dangerous, my dh is particularly clumsy in the garden, he has managed to scratch is eye on a bit of hedge, step on a rake that went through his shoe and foot and cut through the hedge trimmer wire 3 times, he is now banned from the garden.....

Weigh In for me today tiny loss of 1/2lb

On plan until the evening when it went a little pair shaped, ate late as dd had an awards thing at school that ran over so slightly ravenous when I got in!

    B muesli,(hexb) , mango
L jacket pot, beans, cheese (hexa) pear
D hm tikka and rice, so far so good....then half a dozen crackers and olive spread, then 2 pink and white wafers

I know:o Not without its drama though
Couldn't get a canula in, tried twice on my left hand, ended up having gas to put me too sleep, because he said it would hurt too much :( ,then trying to get the canular in my right hand, which failed and ended up with it in my arm! Nothing with me is simple 😂😂
I have massive bruises and my leg is swollen again and that is with the compression socks or what ever they are called on

Glad the op went OK, Bubbs - take it easy! Denise, glad your 'wasted' days hanging around at the hospital seem to be over.

Well done to all the losers so far this week. Poundsinbucks, you have done so well and it's great to hear that you're being inspired by the diamond members in the group. You can do this!

Yesterday didn't go to plan after lunch but overall wasn't too bad. I ate lunch late so wasn't hungry at tea time but had the free supper at the pub (I usually give it a miss). I do better eating at fairly regular times - things tend to go to pot when I don't!

    Todays menu
    B weetabix banana and milk
L tuna salad, LTL mayo, 2 small pears
D Meatball pasta bake with added peppers, mushrooms, courgette and onion
Snacks - lentil curls, alpen light, grapes
    Syns 9.5

Probably out for lunch tomorrow so I'll do my best!

Glad your op went well but  to having to back on Monday and then have to go through it all again later.

Think you deserved something nice when you got home, no doubt you had to starve before the op!

Keep the legs up and hopefully the swelling will go back down again. Can you still use ice to help?

WI for me tomorrow - have weighed myself today and looking too good, looks like it might be a small gain. Not sure why though as have not had my full 105 Syns this week.

Sleep well everyone and "see" you all tomorrow.
