    Back on plan today. I put a lined, cotton skirt on this morning with no 'give' in it and I can feel my bloated stomach constantly.:( I'll know when I'm back in target range when my stomach is flat again. Can't see it being soon though.:(

    I've done my meal plan and shop. The SC is on with Bolognese sauce so that'll help to have more HM ready meals in the freezer.:)

    Today's EE plan:
    B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, fried egg, HEA milk for drinks
    L: cold beef, beetroot, fried veg
    D: HM pork burger, SW chips, fried onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli and sugar snaps
    Syns: weekend wine:D

    Not too bad thanks, i really want to sleep now but i did that last night and then couldn't sleep when it was bed time, was gone 1 before i got to sleep:( so trying to stay awake
