Condolences to you joedenise, what a shock to you all.

I know that I have been bad at having speed and am trying to up it.

    Today is watermelon for breakfast

Onions, leek, celery, broccoli in my HM soup (Maman, yep, made it yesterday! Hope it's nice!)

Salad (leaves, cucumber, edame beans) in my dinner at gymnastics.

Don't think I will be fitting any more in. Not sure where else I would be able to. How do people eat so much veg? Normally I would eat more at dinner, but I'm out today, but it would only be some carrots or the like.

    Good morning everyone,
Denise so sorry for the unexpected loss of your friend.
Hope your hospital treatment goes well. I am in the process of treatment for breast cancer. I go for my CT scan next week and then start radiotherapy on 3 October.

On SW front, I too am a massive fan of bags of frozen veg. Things are ticking along and I have a further 3 lbs to go to get back to where I want to be.

    Arkers x

Thank you everyone for your condolences. It's so sad, everyone was so happy on Friday that he had gone into remission. Life is so unfair sometimes.

Good luck Arkers with your treatment..

That's a good amount of Speed today. We did a thing on here a few years ago where we would add up the number of Speed foods we had each day, it was like a mini challenge. It's amazing how many you can fit in one day sometimes! Think I managed 21 on a couple of days. It's easier when you're making soups and stews.

  • Sorry for your loss denise. Life sucks sometimes.

Can I have a little vent? Nothing to do with SW but related, sort of :o. It was announced not long after I started SW back in Jan that Alison Hammond would now be a WW ambassador. So I’ve been wondering how she has been doing and apart from 1 pic a few weeks ago of a nice hairdo, have not really come across any updates. Until yesterday, when there was some kind of spoof thing which involved the Rock, and she was pictured, and she did not look any different!!! Am just wondering what is going on really. She was/is a big lady and unless she loses weight cannot be a great advert for ww?

Or perhaps I have missed something and she really is smaller? Anyone?

    Poundsinbucks x :)
    🥳🥳 SW -6st 3.5lbs 🥳🥳
  • I found a book!!!!! It's from around 2010 so do you think it would be too outdated? Its red and green days food optimising. I have only ever done extra easy and I think I remember that if it is free on either red or green then it is free on extra easy....would that be right? Fab thread this btw x

I would say that they are too old.
    This is just my opinion.
