Oh dear, guess who forgot what day it was! Was supposed to weigh early this week but forgot the days because of bank holiday. Oh well, my holiday starts early then! Will try & behave before I actually go away and then do my best while I am away. If I return with less than 3lb gain, will be happy.A smile costs little but creates much0

Belated happy birthday beanie!
Hope you've had a nice day.
Bubbs did you mention Mayflower curry sauce mix?
Loads tonight in Heron Foods, £1 a box, medium or hot. Said 9 portions in a pack?curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
Firstly Happy Birthday Beanie
Not been around recently - weighed in today and 2 lb loss, so am just below target, and going every two weeks to WI, have told consultant my aim is to stay around target and maintain, not to push for more weight loss at moment.( Yep she would like that!) Maybe in the future.
Am still staying on plan - but have had more syns as many days in past have really tried to stay away from them so can have a couple of wines or g and t's and not worry.
Having just read Denise say rum is less syns am thinking I will go back on the rum and diet coke:T:T is it just me or do any of you associate g&t with summer and b&q.
Big welcome to all the newbies....just to say this thread has really helped me, and sometimes I have come away from group feeling a wee bit low and come on here and feel myself getting back on track.0 -
Thankyou all so much for your kind words and advice...it really means HEAPS to me❤️
I’m not sure how to reply to individuals on here so will just post as a reply to all.
Ok so that interesting that those pasta and sauce things are still fairly free. I always used to love the Tesco value tomato and onion one. Dear cheap, quick to make and nice and filling with a couple of fried eggs🥰
The muller lights I guess I can sacrifice a few syns for lol! I use t have a chopped banana in them which again was quick, easy and filling.
Are there any flavoured yogurts that are still free? Also that’s good new about the speed/1/3 thing. I would be constantly worrying about having something free with my breakfast which I wouldn’t normally worry about. If it’s just a recommendation then I can live with that.
Is there anywhere I can find a list of free foods?
Thanks again everyone! Xx0 -

I think I may become a regular on here as I love reading about everyone's day. And if being on a diet helps with the less drinking (as long as I stay focused), it can't be bad.
My menu for today (okay calorie wise (1,214), but not sure syn wise:-
B - Coffee
L - Ham / salad sarnie
WW Yogurt
Hula Hoop Pufts
D - Garlic Chicken
Potato Wedges
Peas
S - Alpen Bar
2 x Teas
So, if I have been following it right, my syns will be:-
2 x white bread (yes, I know it is evil and normally I don't eat bread, but my youngest persuaded me to buy a loaf and I don't want it to go to waste)
Hula Hoop Pufts
The garlic sauce I put on the chicken (it was a Maggi thing that you season the chicken in a bag and then bung it all in the oven - bag and all.
HEA - milk
HEB - Alpen Bar
Any ideas on my syns? I know it will be worse than usual cos of the bread, but I can deal with that.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
Mortgages (End 2017) - £180,235.03
(End 2021) - £131,215.25 DID IT!!!
(End 2022) - Target £116,213.810 -

Rainbow there are some lists if you google slimming world free foods...just some are pre the changes last Nov/Dec.
Also on You tube there are some Slimming World recipe demo...its just you have to filter the official ones. As for yogurts - you can get something called skinny syrups from TK Maxx which is free to add to yogurts or add as a sweetner to drinks porridge etc.0
