GTQ sorry to hear about your uncle, it doesn't sound at all good Hard to stay focussed with anything when something like that is going on.

With that in mind, thinking of Sue, ChrisV and Percy. I hope you're all doing as well as you can.

I've had a sneaky look at the scales this AM and is showing a small loss - totally unexpected, but will wait for my official WI tomorrow to see what that brings.... everything may well have landed on my @rse by then!!

Todays' plan:
B - banana, melon, mango & strawberries
L - crunchy salad of cucumber, carrot, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, cherry toms, chicken & dressing (2)
D - HM Bolognese with extra veggies & pasta. Parmesan HEA1
HEA2 - milk in tea/coffee
No HEB planned and keeping syns to a minimum to attempt to keep that loss!

I did weigh and go and got STS. I'm satisfied with that considering I ate out 3 times over the 2 week period and had to estimate syns.

I'm still getting problems with bloating. I'm thinking it's not SW related. Although it's not painful it's uncomfortable so will check out with GP.:(

Pleased to have 105 syns back in the bank and start all over again!:D

We've been for a brisk walk of about 3 miles this morning so I've even got some Body magic in.

Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix with HEA milk, half banana
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onion, beetroot and pickled cabbage
baked salmon, SW chips, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms
Syns: salmon (infused) might have 1 or 2, need to check.

Hope it arrives soon but you could practise around the house reversing and, more importantly, stopping!

Shocked to read that the chilli salmon is 4.5 syns :eek: That's because it's bake in a bag with chilli flavoured butter. I might take my piece out and let DH have the sauce on his.

Thanks for all the supportive comments. I feel for him, as he has no siblings living here and no one knows what to do or say to his family in Egypt, they would like to be able to say goodbye, but because of the visa requirement, not sure if one would be issued in time. However, when the time comes, and hopefully he will rally (believe it or not, the doctors think he may have TB) his family in Egypt can rest assured that everything will be done as they would wish as Muslims. One of his sons popped into the local Mosque to find out what needs to be done, it was his first time in one as we are Catholic! But being sensible by getting the info beforehand, at least the family will have control rather than strangers.

SW wise, I will do my best.

What chilli salmon is that Maman? I tend not to buy salmon with butters included and just buy salmon fillets and then decide what to add to them when I cook. Would be good to know which ones to avoid as I am more likely to buy things like this when we're away in the motorhome!

My boss has literally just told me about he worked on in the early 80's and there was a milkman who used fly around the corner in the float. One morning he missed the bend, they heard a crash, looked up to see a hole in a hedge and the milkie's head popping from from the swimming pool he had just driven into!

It's something I got YS from Sainsburys. It's called The Saucy Fish Company salmon with sweet chilli sauce. I don't think they stock it any more so you're safe! I assumed a sachet of chilli sauce until I opened the box. I've taken it out of the bag and wrapped in foil. All the butter is in DH's portion.
