Just realised I had two HEBs today! so more Syns than I said. Also had a couple of G&Ts this evening - I always seem to need a drink after a day at the hospital - I wonder why?
Have added up my syns for the week and I'm only 6 syns over so nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be so I'll be happy tomorrow at WI if I maintain or only 0.5lb gain! Definitely won't be happy if it's more than that as I kept within syns last week.
Be careful with that scooter Beanie! No speeding, LOL!
