Quick check in from me, got my 4.5st shiny today after losing another 1lb at WI today :D:D:D. I mentioned in group that my weightloss seems to have slowed down now, and it was suggested as there is now 4.5st less of me, it may be time to adjust my portion sizes :o. Will try to give this a go this week and see if it makes a difference.

OH has plateaud, but he knows he is drinking too much wine/beer to lose weight. No point me nagging, he will have to make the adjustment himself when he is ready.

Great to see so many of you still losing and also BIG respect for the maintainers at Target. Hope to be there with you one day!

Exciting news about your scooter beanie!

Do hope all the missing folk are ok and will make their way back when they are ready :).

Looking forward to the new hifi bar coming next month; Black Forest. As there is dark chocolate involved it is right up my street ;).

    Poundsinbucks x :)

Well done PIB on your loss this week and getting your 4.5 stone shiney.

Suspected the ginger cakes were baked oats Bubbs.

DH had to have a minor op on his eye this afternoon which meant I had to drive home (I only really drive locally usually as absolutely hate driving!). He probably won't be able to drive tomorrow morning either which means I'll have to drive back to the hospital in the morning! Depending on what time I get finished he might be able to drive home - he's got to avoid driving for 24 hours.

What percentage of oats to bran did you use to make the ginger baked oats? Do you think it would work with just oats?
