I put 1.5lb on last weekend and have lost my mojo a bit.
So cold and struggling as I'm so hungry all the time.
I need to think about some meals this week, more wintery, filling ones or some hm soups.....

Quick bath then I'll read back to see how everyone is getting on.
curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!

The thing is with SW you should NEVER be hungry, have you tried drinking more? Fill your plate up with veg/salad/pickles, have a little more protein, protein fills you up.
But last night after my massive tea and pudding i was hungry, so i had a chicken leg and a slice wholemeal bread (as hadn't had hexb) with thick marmite on:D It filed the gap till i went bed :)

I don't drink anywhere near as much water when it's colder so perhaps I'm thirsty rather than hungry. :rotfl:
I did have 2 strong coffee when out last night and couldn't sleep so tonight I'm shattered and going to have an early night.
So no snacks tonight which should help.

Well done to poundsinbucks 4.5 stone loss is amazing. :T
Well done to the losers and also well done to everyone who is and stays at target. :T

Having read scrambled egg on a few meal plans I now fancy them for breakfast!

 OMG!! And you're going to be let loose on a scooter tomorrow! ;):rotfl:

It's been a miserable August curl girl , hardly summer. I've been having casseroles. :D

I made good choices today. We went to Carluccio's and I had a bruschetta followed by a tuna salad. So just a little bit of bread and oil. I reckon I've probably stayed within syns this week. I just wish I could start feeling thinner. :(

Scrambled eggs may have to wait until Saturday realistically for me as well.

    Night all.
Good luck with your wheels beanie.
