Do you do carry outs bubbs

The cauli looks really nice bubbs . I couldn't find a decent one this week. :(

I think you deserve a drink Denise . You need something to unwind after the hospital visits. Good luck for tomorrow. I'm going to WI too but I'll only have time for weigh and go. I'm hoping to STS but it'll be my fault if I don't.

I think I'm within syns this week (just) but as I've eaten out twice I've had to do some estimating. I was hoping next week would be better but I'd forgotten about the BH and a friend is trying to arrange a lunch party. :)

    I'll just keep plodding. :)

My bra order from S was a disaster or can I call it a nsv?
They were massive cups and my boobs just flopped inside them.:rotfl:
They would have been way too big for anyone, I ordered C and D cup but I think B would have even been too big. Such a strange shape.......
    Unless it's me. :D

    Evening all,

Toot! toot! Beanie :D I hope you're enjoying scooting about.

Manic day again today, mad busy all day at work and felt so tired all afternoon. OH said he knows I must be busy because last night I laid down and was asleep within seconds. My job is mentally quite taxing at times, and we just have such a huge workload right now. I liken it to doing a difficult crossword for about 9 hours a day - it makes my brain ache!

Food plan today was fine.... until I had an impromptu catch up with an old colleague post-work, which completely threw me, because when I got home I realised I'd arrange to also go out with OH to do something tonight, hence it went a bit Pete Tong for dinner.

B - melon, mango, strawberries & fat free skyr
L - chicken with salad leaves, carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, dressing (1.5); 0% yogurt with mango & strawberries
    D - WM toast x 3 HEB + (10!!) + spread (3)

So a bit of a dissaster really, because I know that if I have bread too often it really affects my losses. Will be surprised if I even manage a STS this week, but if I do, I will count it as a massive win.

Hope you're all doing okay. Will hope to catch up better tomorrow.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

  • Curl girl- I made have to take a look at those bras! I can never find supermarket ones big enough so end up spending a small fortune in Bravissimo.

Been very well behaved today, posting tomorrow’s plan as I’ll be up early for work (GCSE results day!)

B- porridge, fruit, choc spread (5)
L- sweet potato, tuna, sweet corn, salad
D- chicken Kiev, mash and veg (7)

Already meal planned for the week following WI on Friday. I’m already disappointed with myself and I don’t know what the scales will say yet! Planning a fab week next week... 12ib to lose to my interim target. Should be there by October!

They were the multi way bras, padded cups.
I ordered a nude one £8 and a 2 pack one white, one nude but also in black.
I wanted a strapless one for holidays but the search goes on......

Not cheap curl girl but I bought new strapless bras this summer. John Lewis own brand at £25 each. I don't think I'd spend that much if I wasn't at target though. When I was getting to target I spent a minimum on clothes as I went down through the sizes. :)

Curlgirl I've found the same with S bras and had to send them back. I've also had problems with M&S bras as well - although only some styles, some are OK. My favourite ones were from Asda but they don't do them any more and they were absolutely dirt cheap - £1.50 for 2 bras, plain white, no padding but they were so comfortable.

Trixie rather than 'spending' Syns on chocolate spread have you tried Sweet Freedom choc shot (liquid) or choc pot (spread)? Much lower syns @ 0.5 per tsp.

WI this morning but not holding out much hope for a loss. It'll be just weigh and go today as I've got a Dr appointment this morning at 10.30, so it was either weigh and go or not go at all as I can't guarantee making the 11.30 group and I'd probably weigh and go if I went to that as I don't know anyone from that group.

    Today's plan:

    B - fruit & quark
L - cheese on toast; pickles
D - fish curry & rice; broghie (I will use them up eventually, LOL!) - 1 syn

    HEA1 - cheese
    HEA2 - milk - 100mls
    Syns - broghie 1;

    Denise
