Great idea Maman. I'd do the same, LOL! DH isn't worried about his weight as much as I am.

Thanks maman, I don't really want to spend £25 on an occasional use bra.
I would consider on an everyday one.

GTQ a carver is usually one of the better options synwise, unless you went mad with the roasties, yorkies & gravy! I tend to just have one roast potato, no yorkie and just a splash of gravy and loads of veg & meat.

Really surprised at WI this morning I actually lost 0.5lb! That's over a 2 week period so really pleased with that, totally unexpected.

Loving the sunny, warm weather at the moment and looks to OK right through the weekend and early next week. Let's hope it stays like this for a while. After all, we haven't had too much of a summer so far.

    Well done:T:T

Well done on your losses sirens and denise.:T

I did weigh and go and got STS. I'm satisfied with that considering I ate out 3 times over the 2 week period and had to estimate syns.

I'm still getting problems with bloating. I'm thinking it's not SW related. Although it's not painful it's uncomfortable so will check out with GP.:(

Pleased to have 105 syns back in the bank and start all over again!:D

We've been for a brisk walk of about 3 miles this morning so I've even got some Body magic in.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix with HEA milk, half banana
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onion, beetroot and pickled cabbage
D: baked salmon, SW chips, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms
Syns: salmon (infused) might have 1 or 2, need to check.

I was going to suggest docs with the bloating, could be IBS?
    But a sts is ok:D

    Evening all:D
GTQ, Sorry to read your news, take care of yourself too xx
I will message Chris and tell her you are all thinking of her x

  • Thanks Denise for the reminder re sweet freedom chocolate. I’d forgotten all about those, have yet to try the pot so I’ll give it a go when I’m next at Tesco!

WI tomorrow, I sound like a broken record but I’m not too hopeful. I’m very well planned for the next week though so hopefully I’ll soon be back on track. Tomorrow:

B- porridge, choc spread (5), blueberries and banana
    L- lentil dal (1) and a plum
D- salmon rice with pepper, onion, carrot, peas, chilli and garlic. Sauce for whole dish is 7 Syns and I’ll aim to divide into 3/4 portions so between 2-2.5 Syns per portion.
