Thanks Bubbs. Wish it was French bread, LOL! but that's for holidays only!!! Will have to look out for them. Quite a few people at group use the promise rolls but I've never seen them. Where do you get yours from?

Don't get to Sainsbury very often but will have a look next time I do go. It's a bit out of the way in the next big town to me. I usually go to Lidl when I go over there as it's more convenient.
I bought some M&S Wholemeal rolls, they weigh 60g each but for some reason don't seem to be HEB. I'm being a rebel and counting them as HEB, LOL! You can get away with things like this at target!

That's what I thought but according to the Syns online it says they are 6.5 Syns and nothing about them being HEB. Definitely counting as HEB no matter what the website says:D.

STS for me this week, happy enough with that. Coming week will be more difficult as my uncle died last night so will have to deal with funeral, hoping it will be tomorrow, which means I will be able to get back on track straight away, but some things in life are more important, so just going to take things as they come and do the best I can.
Hope everyone has a good bank holiday weekend.A smile costs little but creates much0
