Thanks maman, I don't really want to spend £25 on an occasional use bra.
I would consider on an everyday one.

So pleased you got your wheels beanie, hope it makes life a little easier :).

Another lovely day here with sun, long may it last. Have been rummaging through my undies drawer and chucking things out and finding smaller sizes. Will also invest in new bras eventually but not yet, still changing :o. Some tops just hang off me now which makes me chuckle before they go on the charity pile. I tend to wear jeans till they wear out and develop holes on the inside legs, making do with belts as they get looser at the mo :o. Did buy some new interim ones from Sainsb with 25% to have something tightfitting again.

Settled on 2 dresses in a size 16 for the 3day wedding at the end of Sept. One from Roman Originals and one from Hobbs, both with discount ofcourse in true :money: fashion ;). Might be smaller by then but didn’t want any pressure. And I’ll decide once I am there what I wear when, as I have no idea what will feel right at this moment. Haven’t been to a wedding in a long time :o. The Friday night and Sunday morning will be casual affairs so can improvise for those, will bring quite a few options.

Hope you all have a good day. Off out with the pooch shortly :D.

Me neither! Had a carvery on Synday, hopefully have reversed it, but also have been concerned about uncle who is in hospital, when you consider that a cancer diagnosis is not the primary concern at the moment, it does take your mind off things a bit. Saw him last night, looks so small in the bed :(

GTQ a carver is usually one of the better options synwise, unless you went mad with the roasties, yorkies & gravy! I tend to just have one roast potato, no yorkie and just a splash of gravy and loads of veg & meat.

Really surprised at WI this morning I actually lost 0.5lb! That's over a 2 week period so really pleased with that, totally unexpected.

Loving the sunny, warm weather at the moment and looks to OK right through the weekend and early next week. Let's hope it stays like this for a while. After all, we haven't had too much of a summer so far.

I don't like gravy, so that was fine, did have a yorkshire, with 1 roastie & the rest was a pile of speed, so I know I did reasonably well, until I had the icecream:eek: Not had any icecream for over a year, so enjoyed it, plus one of those with me said I should have the sorbet, "it will be refreshing & cleansing!" Yeah, right, as I considered what the syn value would be. Looked it up when I got home, a lot more than I had for whole meal:eek::A

Sorbet is definitely lower Syns than ice cream but if you fancied the ice cream then I don't think sorbet would have hit the spot! At least you enjoyed it that's the main thing. Nothing worse than having something synful and not enjoying it!
