Just caught up...I’m struggling this week! Really not staying focussed. Two good days before weigh in now.. determined to do this. It’s my first day at home today in a while and I’m enjoying the relaxation, completely shattered this morning.
Today:
B- plums
L- eggs, mushrooms, onion, toast and bacon
D- undecided. Probably something with mince.
Hope everyone is having a nice morning. I’m off for a dog walk shortly.April 2016 Mortgage- £160,000.00

No! No! No! You don't need orange Smarties.;)
It's hard to stay on plan when you're out of routine trixie. This time of year can be really difficult. Dog walking is good Body Magic though.:)
I understand exactly where you're coming from with the exercise arkers. I agree with the others that it's not essential for weightloss but it has many other benefits like toning and a general feeling of wellbeing. It must be particularly hard when it's part of your lifestyle and you can't do it. Hopefully things will soon start to feel normal again. You're doing all the right things to take back control (apologies for use of that awful phrase:o:()
I do have to go into the city centre today to meet DD1 but I think the most I'll have will be a coffee. So I have a plan. It's a bit samey but I've got into the habit of having Bolognese on the night before WI (and always have Weetabix for breakfast).
Today's menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, 2 boiled eggs
L: ham, LO veg and picklesSW Bolognese with tagliatelle, HEA2 Parmesan
Syns: None!0 -
Bolognese is such a good fail safe maman! DH had it last night when I was out so I’ve been trying to come up with a different mince recipe to use up my stash.
Going to give the sloppy joe recipe from pinch of nom a go- essentially mince in peppers with cheese!
No Syns for me either today...got some serious damage limitation to do
Curly girl don’t know if it’s just me but I always feel really hungry the first couple of days going back on plan- even though I eat loads on SW. I usually try to wait it out and by day 3 I’m fine. Probably makes more sense if I just don’t keep falling off the wagon :rotfl:April 2016 Mortgage- £160,000.00

Hello. After lurking for ages, I have decided to post as I have a question please.
I follow SW (ish), but also a mix of calorie counting. I get the general idea of SW, but am now thinking of joining a class. I would prefer to do it online, but don't fancy the idea of shelling out £60 for three months in one go!
However, I can't commit to the same class every week. Does that matter?
If I go Tuesday, but then couldn't go the next Tuesday, am I allowed to go to a different group on the Friday? 10 days gap? Possibly as the Tuesday and Friday would be in the same week?
But if I went Friday and couldn't go the next Friday, would I be able to go the following Tuesday, so 11 days gap in total?
Or would I get charged or missing a week etc?
The classes are in different places, close to each other, but not the same place.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

(End 2021) - £131,215.25 DID IT!!!
(End 2022) - Target £116,213.810 -
My meal plan has been:
B - Coffee, watermelon, banana
L - Ham and egg salad (leaves, cucumber, toms, radishes, beetroot, edame beans)
WW Yogurt
Hula Hoop Pufts.
D - not sure yet.
S - Tea, Alpen Bar
Overall my plan is not to drink (so much) and not have puddings for a while.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Hello
The SW week runs from Monday to Sunday.
YOu could not go twice in a week.
If there was an 11 day gap that is too long.
Why dont you ring a local SW & ask for advice?
They have to make allowances for shift workers foe example.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Back from town. I got DD all sorted with her stuff from Ikea. It wasn't esy to drive home as packaging was very close to gear stick but we managed!
I think you'll be fine pollyanna. Your menu looks good and I make it that you've used 4 of the up to 15 syns allowed for the day. I asked the same question as you a while back and I think technically you could weigh on a Monday and then , at the latest, the Saturday of the following week. I think beanie is right though, phone a local SW consultant to ask.
Alternatively you could go to a group once and get the introductory talk and the books (about £10) and then go it alone. You'd get plenty of support on here. That would be fine if you aren't fussed about the support of a RL group and consultant. I've yet to meet anyone who thought that online membership was worth the money.
When you said 'drink less', I'm assuming you mean alcoholic drinks. Those are my preferred syns and many of us (unofficially) save syns for weekends.
Do ask any questions you want. We're a friendly lot.0 -
Welcome Pollyanna. When you say "not drinking so much" I assume you mean alcohol? If you mean just cutting back all drinks then that's not a good idea, you need plenty of fluids.
Also don't know if you're aware but you are now allowed 2 HEAs, ie milk and/or cheese. and 1 HEB - for fibre, ie bread, cereal, nuts etc.
Beanie has suggested what I was going to say. My friend works shifts but they are not regular so if she can't get to a group one week it gets booked as shift work (she can't get to other groups in the area as has to rely on her DH to take and collect her as she doesn't drive and there is no convenient public transport.
Have you got your scooter yet Beanie?
Hope you've enjoyed your time with DD in the city Maman.
Had a reasonably early day at the hospital today - got away around 2.30 and home by about 3.10. Have just got tonight's dinner into the oven so thought I'd get on here and post.
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats
L - corned beef and tomato roll (HEB + 2.5)
D - HB steak & onions, with added onions, carrots, peppers & mushrooms. Will have with mash.
HEA - milk
HEB - WM roll
Syns - 50g corned beef 1.5; spread 1
