Morning all. Have had a busy few days but have just caught up.
Loss last week of 0.5lb.
Weekend was a bit off plan, as we were out and about, I was visiting friends and family, even last night after work, so it’s been get what I can where I can. Hope it doesn’t impact too badly by the end of the week’s WI if I keep on plan. Need to buy more fruit but a bit skint too, so trying to keep away from the supermarket.
Anyway, plan today is:
B - banana & nectarine
L - YS salmon & cucumber sandwich HEB & (6) (42p instead of £2.50!); 0% Nat yog with melon & mango
D - chilli chicken, salad & SW chips
Will post more later. Have a slimmer Tuesday! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

When are you getting your scooter Beanie? It will make things so much easier for you without the falls.
You made me LOL GTQ! Just imagining it now!!!
Sary I'm sure if you rein it back for the rest of the week you'll be fine - might only be a STS or a 0.5lb loss but it may even be a loss, depending on how "mad" you went with the Syns over the weekend! Several of us use the syn bank idea and it works but only small losses usually.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - Jacket potato, cottage cheese & salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion, sweetcorn
D - HM beef curry (using up the last of LO meat from the weekend) with some brown rice
HEA - milk - about 100ml
HEB - bread
Syns - may have a mini Twister this evening (I enjoyed the one I had last night)
Talking of lollies, I had an e-mail from Iceland this morning and I've got a Free voucher for a pack of lollies or a dessert! Have looked at what's available and will either get the vanilla or strawberry mini Vienna (like a mini Vienetta on a stick - remember those from back in the 70s/80s?)
Have a good day everyone.

I remember Vienetta and Arctic Roll!:D I've never been one for puddings so they were something quick and easy for DH and the girls.
How long before the scooter arrives beanie ? Do they give you lessons?
Half a pound is in the right direction. :TFingers crossed you get away with the weekend syns sary .
I've had my SW breakfast (scrambled eggs on toast) and we're off out soon. How I do today will depend on where we have lunch. Will report back later.0 -
Enjoy your day out maman. I'm sure you'll try and pick wisely, you usually do.

Good morning everyone,
Thank you for your feedback Denise
I understand that SW say you don't necessarily have to exercise to reach target. However for me it's not just about moving, undertaking exercise is a big deal for me and not being able to has had a significant impact on my weight gain. I feel so much better having gone to the gym, and when you are not able to exercise for me this has had a negative impact on so many levels both mind and body. This is how it has impacted on my target. It's about my personal journey.

Understand Arkers. I agree it's good to move as it'll help tone the body as you lose weight.
Good luck with your journey. You've made a good start this time around.
Keep posting.
