    Hello all, just wanted to pop in and say hope everyone is doing OK. Life has got in the way a bit for me and I've struggled to stay on plan. I can't remember when I last posted but I've put about 3lb on since then.

    I'm going on holiday from Friday and home on 3rd Sept so will start afresh the with next challenge, I should have a clear run at it for September too so that will help. I'm not too worried about the holiday as it's a yoga holiday in a little family run Italian hotel where they have their own vegetable garden and fishing boat so I may actually come home healthier and more toned then when I set off (hopefully!).

    Look forward to catching up with you all properly when I have more than a minute to sit down and read :) xxx
