    Bubbs what is mayflower chicken? Had a quick look at SW website but doesn’t come up in their recipes :o.

    Mayflower is a curry powder you mix with water to make a sauce. Never tried it. I prefer to make my own curry sauce mix which is sun free. Quite happy to share the mix if anyone wants it.

    Just fry off onions and garlic then add powered mix until spices cooked out then add stock and cooked veg and/or chicken/beef etc.

    Thanks, didn’t know :o and yes please for mix. Have cupboard full of spices, always keen to try something new :D.

    I prefer syn free, i liked sw chip shop curry sauce pimped up as a curry but they dont make it anymore :( i tried to make it from the recipe on the lid and it was more like a korma:( i dont like korma
