Just posting my menu for yesterday and today, after that long essay:
Yesterday's plan:
B - melon, mango, strawberries & passion fruit
L - mixed leaf salad, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, sweetcorn, tikka chicken, dressing (2)
D - veggie deluxe with side salad & extra tomatoes and pickles calling that as 17.5 syns to be on the safe side, and will claw back some over the next few days to do some damage limitation.
Today's plan:
B - porridge HEB with water & milk from HEA. sugar (1)
L - mixed leaf salad, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, lean ham, grated cheese HEA1
snack - 0% skyr (4 tsp of) & melon chunks
D - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans & maybe a skinny sausage or 2 (1) ketchup (2)
Clubbercise tonight, so I'm going to work off those extra syns last night if it kills me.... and if it kills me, I will have exited this life in a blaze of neon, flashing glow-sticks and a whole bunch of sassiness! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

It may not have caught up with you yet beanie. Who knows.;)
Hope you're on your way home at last denise. Sounds like a very boring day.:(
Well done for rescuing the cat sary.:T
We've been out for lunch. I think it was probably quite synful. I did have the mushroom tagliatelle which probably had cream in it but it was delicious. And I had whitebait as well. Fortunately I didn't have any wine syns as the air pressure is playing up my sinuses so didn't fancy anything other than a cup of Earl Grey to finish (while others had puddings with custard!):eek:0 -

I got home reasonably early today - think it was about 4.30. I'd forgotten to get anything out for dinner so got out a LO couple of portions of Lasagne which I defrosted in the microwave. We'll have that with some salad and a few olives.
Have opened a bottle of wine to have this evening as feel I need something to relax a bit after being at hospital again most of the day. It does wind we up a bit.
Definitely don't need any more books Sary I've got hundreds on my kindle that I haven't read yet! I always download loads as I read a lot when we go away in the motorhome.
Glad you enjoyed your lunch Maman even if it was quite sinful! You know you can rein it back during the week. At least it wasn't as bad as it could have been. I love whitebait and often have it when we go out for a meal if it's on the menu.
Good luck for this evening Beanie/B].
Is it worth bothering with chips Bubbs if you only have 4? Don't think I could be bothered!
Have made the decision to postpone our holiday which is booked for end of the month until next March which is as late as we can change it too and also my birthday!
We'll try to get a way in the motorhome in the UK for a week or long weekend as much as we can. We've also got a couple of weeks booked to Tunisia beginning of December to help relax before the onslaught of family for the big C!
