At last a reasonable day with not much chance of rain - only 10% chance according to the forecast I looked at, so getting some washing done today and out on the line instead of the airer which I've been doing this week.
Today's plan:
B - sausages (2), egg (double yolker!), beans, tomatoes & mushrooms
L - Either jacket potato with cottage cheese & salad or a leek & potato soup (from freezer - only got one portion of soup and 1 cooked jacket so will have whichever DH doesn't want!)
D - Brown lentil Dahl with mince (LO portions of Dahl & savoury mince, not enough of either for a meal so chucked in together to make enough for a meal - no idea what it'll taste like but both were good on their own!)
HEA - milk
HEB - nothing planned but may have some Alpen Lights if I feel the need for a snack later
Syns - sausages 2, nothing else planned but 7.5 available for today:D

Made a mistake with the Syns for today - it was actually 10.5 not 12.5. Now have 9.5 Syns left per day:D so not that bad I suppose.
Drank a whole bottle of wine Thursday night - was really p*ssed off Thursday after hospital!
Like winter here as well, definitely peeing it down as well! Can't believe it's so dark already.

I'm going on holiday from Friday and home on 3rd Sept so will start afresh the with next challenge, I should have a clear run at it for September too so that will help. I'm not too worried about the holiday as it's a yoga holiday in a little family run Italian hotel where they have their own vegetable garden and fishing boat so I may actually come home healthier and more toned then when I set off (hopefully!).
Look forward to catching up with you all properly when I have more than a minute to sit down and readxxx

That's brilliant tie . So pleased for you. :T I'm desperate to get back to target myself.
Glad it's been a better day today. We had football and I had satsumas at half time and then we walked home (best part of 3 miles) in the sunshine. So that was very SW friendly.Sadly I'm still feeling very bloated, really don't understand it.
So, to plod on...
Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries and yogurt, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, fried eggs, YS broad beans, pickles, mushroomsAldi curry with chips and HM pilau
Syns :curry 1, weekend wine0 -
Well done TIE. Nothing like being in target! I absolutely hate paying SW just because I've put on a few pounds! I weighed myself this morning and looks like I've put on just under lb. Really must stick to plan as I don't want to gain what I've lost recently. Decided to have a couple of rum & ginger beer this evening so still within my 9.5 Syns for the day:D
Bubbs that me me laugh! I obviously didn't write my post very well if you thought it was 9.5 for the rest of the week! Think I might well have struggled if that had been the case:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
I've spent most of this evening sorting out my menu plan for the rest of this month - I'd originally only done until we were due to go on holiday. Thought while I'm at it I might as well get next month's sorted as well.
We'll be eating quite a few vegetarian meals as well as quite a few chicken meals. Did a big shop at the butchers today as need to stock up my outside freezer having run it down because of my holiday! Still at least it got defrosted. Spent £100 at the butchers and have done an Iceland shop as well - but no SW meals:rotfl:, can't stand them.
Maman are you drinking enough water? You can sometimes seem bloated if you're a bit dehydrated. I know you have your NAS grapefruit in the morning but do you also drink a lot during the day as well?
I've managed to change my Eurotunnel booking and we'll now be going March/April so I'll be away for my birthday. But at least we won't lose the money by not going at all.

Thanks Denise . My grapefruit in the morning is big (I think 250ml IIRC) because I always wake up feeling dehydrated. Maybe that should tell me something.:o The rest of the day it's mostly lots of tea(except for weekends;)) I'll try to consciously drink more water.0

Very pleased to report a maintain this week as I have had a terrible week. Lots of stress and temptation and fully expected to gain. So from tomorrow I am ON IT!!0

DH and I have now started drinking Lemon & Ginger tea during the day. It's definitely more hydrating that normal tea. We only have tea with milk first thing in the morning and very occasionally after dinner but we're getting so used to the Lemon & Ginger we tend to stick with that most of the time.
I've noticed that when I have fizzy drinks I wake up dehydrated and have to drink a glass of water while the kettle is boiling for tea!

Hi everyone!
I’m back from my little break. Thursday was on plan, Friday was on plan until the evening when I had cake, crisps and popcorn! Saturday was a bit of a disaster to be honest...had a banana before driving home but ended up getting back a lot later than expected and eating anything I could find.
Line drawn! Off to work shortly and planning a good day. Feel shattered so it would be easy to have another day off plan but I’m hanging in there.
B- scrambled egg, bacon, spinach and fruit
L- lentil dal and fruit
D- roast (not sure what yet) veg and potatoes
When I get home today I’m going to meal plan for the week and organise a Tesco delivery. Have a fab day all!April 2016 Mortgage- £160,000.00
