  • - 1/2 lb for me this week. At least I have reversed last weeks little gain.

Had some stunning losses by new members last night, all female, - 7 1/2, -5 (and she doesn't have a lot to lose anyway) and -12 1/2. They were so excited! They understand first week is always on the better side, but didn't expect anything like that. Was chuffed for them.

Anyone here diabetic? I have to see GP about results of blood tests after my gout, know one of them will be uric acid & my gut instinct says the other is diabetes related. Not going to stress, it is what it is and with weightloss, good chance of reversing. However, if it is, it could also explain why I am not really making any progress, which is a positive outcome. So if anyone here has it, does the "diet" need to be adjusted majorly?
