    Don't know if anyone is looking for a membership offer but my consultant has posted on our Facebook page with the following offer:

    Back with my menu plan for today:

    B - SW fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans
    L - prawn salad bagel thin - HEB + 0.5 LTL mayo instead of spread
    D - roast pork dinner - pork shoulder, roast potatoes, roasted onions, peppers & carrots, green veg of some sort - DH cooking it on the BBQ except the green veg which will have to be done indoors

    HEA - milk
    HEB - Bagel Thin
    Syns - LTL mayo 0.5
