It used to be chocolate day everyday for me but I've gone off it a bit now.
I did have a chocolate flapjack in the week, only intended to have half but ended up eating it all.

Was gob smacked when I read the wrapper, nearly 600 calories and it wasn't very big.
Not buying them again for anyone!

Just enjoyed bubbs melon with Aldi 0% Greek which was far nicer than the flapjack.

And I suppose you'll tell me that celebrating is compulsory!;):D

I'm still feeling really fat.:( Tomorrow I'll be back 100% on plan so hoping to see some sort of improvement. It's the bloated stomach that feels so uncomfortable.

I portioned up the chilli for the freezer and kept a portion for me to have with a JP.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
    L: chicken salad
D: roast beef, SW roast potatoes, carrot & swede mash, cauli, broccoli, kale
Syns: HP sauce 1, HM gravy 4? weekend wine:D

Only reporting a loss of 0.5 lb......

Don't normally count half a pound but every little helps.

I'd have struggled to get to target if I didn't count the 0.5lb! I lost most of my weight that way! Just a few 1lb and a couple of 1.5lb!

Definitely have to count every loss!

Just back from the County Show. Loads of walking so at least a bit of body magic even if I've eaten my weight in cheeses, crackers, juice & wine tastings (including a large glass of red - definitely large enough to have to syn as 5!). Just writing today off even though the food at mealtimes has been on plan.

Had a fry up for breakfast; HM scotch egg using Linda McCartney Rosemary & Red onion sausages, potato salad with LTL mayo, salad; dinner will be a chicken, bacon & potato stew from the freezer.

Back on plan tomorrow 100% to try and do a bit of damage limitation.

    Denise
