Bubbs hope horrible bite goes down and you can have your op.

    My plan for today:

    B. Pineapple, yogurt (2)

    L. LMcC rosemary sausage, roast courgette and peppers (oil spray 2)

    D. Veg chilli and rice with cheese (2 HEXA), greens (oil 4)

HEX B prob. almonds or some other snacky stuff.

    Have a good day.
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

Hope you're feeling a bit better today bubbs and the antibiotics are working although I agree with SSM, you must tell them about it at the hospital. :naughty:

Today's going to my first proper day back on plan. The next hurdle is a buffet supper on Wednesday but I'm planning to eat before I go and take melon as my contribution to keep me away from any naughties. Then on Friday I'm having lunch at friend's. It's not ideal (would have preferred a straight run) but I have to start somewhere and it's RL.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold meat, LO fried veg, pickles
D: chunky chilli with rice and cottage cheese
    Syns: HP sauce 1!:D

I know we can have 2 HEAs now, but don't know if you've tried cottage cheese with chilli caterina? I find it works really well, almost like having sour cream.

    No........
Well i like a fool went work, my leg was killing me when i got home at 2 ish, so rang to see if by any miracle there was an appointment for today, yes they had a cancellation for 3.30:T:T
Off i plod, as plodding is what im doing:rotfl: my foot like a balloon:eek:
He told me off for going work and said op or no op you are off for at least 2 weeks, i have cellulitis:o and i have to go back 2 weeks today to see him.
He called another doctor in and also told her about my op, they both said do NOT ring before hand as it will give them an excuse not to do it, tell them when i get there!
They also said there is no reason for them not to do it, that is what the doctor i saw last night said, so who knows if i will have it or not?
