    Evening all.

Bubbs, I hope your op can go ahead but I'll join the chorus of tell the hospital the full story. My Mum had similar many years ago from a bite. I spend a day each holiday hunting down antihistamines as I am a mozzie magnet!

    Todays menu
    B Sausage sandwich, melon
    L Greek salad
D JP with cottage cheese and salad (bit of a cheese and salad theme today!) strawbs with 0% yoghurt and sweet freedom caramel syrup _ this is back in my local Aldi having been a 'special' a few weeks ago.

Have a 'fuddle' tonight so I'm taking grapes and strawberries which I think is very SW friendly. That does not mean that I won't eat cake! I'll do my best...

    Have a good evening.
