    Afternoon everyone.

Glad you're a bit better Bubbs. I think I'd rather put up with the bites than eat Marmite :(!!

Did fairly well last night though I couldn't resist a scone - syns will be battered today to make up for it.

B Bran flakes, strawbs, 0% yoghurt and a drizzle of vanilla syrup (1)
L Mushroom and cheese omelet with spinach, melon and a peach (is melon speed?? I've a lot to eat..)
D Meatball pasta bake with added veggies, Mullerlight greek style yoghurt (1/2)

    Have a good day.

Esmy Yes all types of melon are Speed - I love melon. Got a couple of honeydew last week when Aldi had them on Super 6. Have eaten all my donut peaches which I bought in Lidl.

Bubbs sorry to hear your leg is swelling again. Assume you had to put the peas back in the freezer as you've now got a frozen chilli on it, LOL!

Oh bubbs, thought you were on the up, then read later post saying swelling again. This heat can’t be helping! Really hope the AB kick in.

3lbs loss to report after WI today, very pleased with that, it also gives me my 4 stone award :rotfl:, so I am very happy. Tasters at group today celebrating our Diamond Target members, we have 17 in our group which is a bit of a record. They don’t all come every week, but about half a dozen do and a lot of them are part of the social team. Was nice to hear their stories and see some Before and After pix.

Off out to dinner later to a steak restaurant celebrating DS turning 22 today :). This time will leave the cheesy scone & butter, am sure he will eat mine too as he has hollow legs at 6ft something! As I ate 2 slices of cake at group not realising they were 4 syns each , that is not quite low syn in my opinion! Never mind, it tasted very nice. I am convinced having a blow out every now and again shocks your system and can aid weightloss, rather than eat very little and only speed stuff. Just my opinion for what it is worth.

Anyway, good luck to everyone else with a WI coming up :):):) And bubbs best of luck for tomorrow, hope it all goes ahead and to plan xxx

    Well done to the losers!
Glad bubbs is a bit better.

I woke this morning with the biggest cold sore ever and the fattest top lip, looks like I've had botox but it's gone wrong....
I've already got one on my bottom lip which I thought was going but obviously not.

Put me off eating though as I'm covered in cold sore cream.
