I feel for you bubbs, have had cellulitis several times and it can make you feel very ill. Also, not all antibiotics work straight away, ended up having to go back after finishing first course to get more but different ones. I was told to mark leg with felt tip so you can see if it is spreading or getting better :o. Look after yourself!

My current plan/goal/target is to be on plan 100%.

I'm not going to think of weight loss and numbers cause it makes my brain crazy and I self sabotage.

    S, yesterday's food:

    B: overnight oats (HEB)
L: Spanish chicken, veg & rice
    T: Tuna pasta & salad

HEA was milk for drinks and about 5ish syns for mayo and a bit of olive oil on the chicken

Bubbs feel for you - cellulitus as a result of bites is nasty. Hope tabs kick and all goes well tomorrow.
Do you usually react badly to insect bites - I have asthma and struggle with hayfever and them buggies love me.

    Take care

Hope you're feeling better today Bubbs.

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - Jacket potato, cottage cheese, salad
D - Sweet & sour pork (using the last of the roast!), rice

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - none planned although might need to use a bit of cornflour to thicken the sweet & sour sauce although not usually needed
