    Hello Everyone!

We got home on Thursday. Absolutely no chance of reading back over 3 weeks so do update me if I've missed anything.:)

I'm feeling really FAT!:( But I had a really great holiday so it was worth it. :D

I'm easing myself back in gently so should be back completely on plan by Monday. We were out for a meal last night but I did make quite good choices. Now I have a few clear days when I can get back in control. I've done my shop and meal plan so now need to shift what feels like about half a stone, mainly on my stomach.

I've got a chunky chilli (cubes not mince) bubbling away in the SC as HM ready meals are getting low.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk, strawberries
    L: veggie omelette with salad
    D: curry, pilau, SW chips
Syns: low fat mayo 1?, weekend wine:D

Afternoon all :A bit miserable here weather wise plus .5lb gain :o

Was hoping for a loss as it’s my anniversary and we were going out for meal but now looking like takeaway due to me being exhausted and sleeping most of the day :o. We couldn’t decide where to go either :p

Our y6s did a fund raiser yesterday, part of it was throwing wet sponges at staff  luckily I’m 1-1 so didn’t have to participate :D took the photos too :rotfl:

Have a good weekend all :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Welcome back Maman. Glad you enjoyed your holiday! Know how you feel about feeling fat afterwards. I'm still trying to lose my holiday gain! When I went back to group 2 weeks after getting home I was bang on top end of target! Am now lb down from that. Only another 2lb to get back to original target and then hopefully lose a bit more before my next holiday at the end of August - again for 4 weeks, probably going to Brittany this time.

I'm sure you'll lose the extra wait quite quickly.

    Denise
  • Thanks Denise & Bubbs re diabetes, good to know. May be nothing, but if I am a step ahead it will be better.

Shattered.com today, was talking to a friend who is having a tough time at moment until 1, went to bed then tum decided that I didn't really need to go to bed then so was up & down for another 2 hours, then the flipping gardeners decided to start working outside my bedroom at 7:30:eek:. We have lovely grounds around the block, with all the bedrooms at the back, they could have started around the front!

Trying to get sorted for charity afternoon tea fundraiser next Saturday, spent 2 1/2 hours washing all the crockery for it, as I also needed to make a list of what we have & hope we have enough :rotfl: Need to bake cakes for it, not sure what I can do early, Saturday morning out as I need to go to Costco to get the stuff & then in hall for 11 to set up, make sandwiches etc, so really only have Friday night as I weigh in on Thursday night, maybe Wednesday if something freezable.
A smile costs little but creates much :)

If you are diabetic and have to see the nurse they will tell you too eat carbs, but tbh they dont have a scooby, you are better off going on the diabetes webpage, they are fantastic on there.

Welcome home Mmaman, i did ask when you were back in the week. Glad you had a good time :D
