Ingredients
40g plain porridge oats
1 level tbsp sweetener
1 small egg
100g fat-free natural yogurt
Few drops of vanilla essence
100g raspberries
Method
Preheat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.
Mix the porridge, sweetener, egg, yogurt, vanilla essence and raspberries in a bowl and stir well.
Transfer the mixture to a small oven-proof dish (we used an individual casserole dish) and bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until browned.
Serve with lots of Speed Free Food fruits.

I was also pleased at how big the melons in Aldi were.
Sadly the courgettes were no where to be seen.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Had some stunning losses by new members last night, all female, - 7 1/2, -5 (and she doesn't have a lot to lose anyway) and -12 1/2. They were so excited! They understand first week is always on the better side, but didn't expect anything like that. Was chuffed for them.
Anyone here diabetic? I have to see GP about results of blood tests after my gout, know one of them will be uric acid & my gut instinct says the other is diabetes related. Not going to stress, it is what it is and with weightloss, good chance of reversing. However, if it is, it could also explain why I am not really making any progress, which is a positive outcome. So if anyone here has it, does the "diet" need to be adjusted majorly?poundsinbucks wrote: »Am sure bubbs managed to completely reverse her condition by losing weight :T:T:T, am sure she will be along shortly.
Hope everyone is doing well, this heat puts me off eating full meals, but then I am prone to snacking .

Thanks PIB that's the recipe I use but I don't measure the natural yoghurt just add it until the mix looks right! I cook mine in a silicone muffin pan. I do double recipe, ie 80g oats and make 4 "muffins". DH and I have 2 each along with fruit. I have mine with quark, he has yoghurt. Usually add some skinny syrup as well.
Have gone way over syns this evening - had some anti pasta - olives, mozzarella balls, slow roasted tomatoes etc. Have counted it as 30 syns so will need to rein it back in tomorrow and next week. Sunday will be difficult as we are out at the local County Show for the day so will be trying lots of stuff - particularly cheeses and wines! Will probably be over syns again but at least some of the cheese can be HEA, LOL!
I managed to get 2 melons in Aldi. Neither were completely ripe so I left one on the side and the other in the fridge. Have cut up the first one today so it's ready to be picked at! Will be taking some of that with me when we go to the Show on Sunday, better remember the wet wipes 'cos it's really juicy.
