    Evening All

Glad your dh is okay Sary, so scary though.

I am very much an emotional eater, chocolate or crisps are the first thing I (try to) reach for if I'm having a rough time, I think that's an ongoing battle for most.

I've been completely off plan this weekend and have no excuses.

    Line drawn....again.
I'm feeling more positive today as I have been having some issues at work with a new job I was given, after 6 months I am miserable, I feel I'm getting nowhere and there is no one to help. After speaking to my manager today he has agreed to let me transfer back to my original job. I feel relieved, although disappointed in myself that I couldn't get on with it. Although this transfer was no benefit to me, no extra money, no career progression, just longer days and I didn't ask for it just found myself there one morning. I have 2 more weeks to do but at least the end is in sight. (Also my old job involves me on my feet for most of the day so more exercise!)

    Today
B muesli (hexb) nectarine, Greek yog
    Cereal bar 3.5
L new pot, spinach, asparagus and veg sausage, apple
D mushroom omelette, cheese (hexa) salad some lo baked beans.
    S nas ice pop

Don't be disappointed, like you say no benefit to you apart from longer days, don't think many would be happy!!
Glad you are able to transfer back :D

Good news SIRENS. As you say a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm sure you'll feel happier in your old job.

    Today's plan:

    B - bacon & mushroom toasted sandwich - HEB + 1
L - Brown Lentils, onions & tomatoes - a SC Indian recipe, it's a bit Dahl like but a bit saucier!
    D - Corned Beef hash - 3.5

    HEA - milk - about 100ml
    HEB - bread
    Syns - spread 1; corned beef 3.5

You have to put your health first sirens so I'm sure you've done what's right for you. I really don't see the logic of taking a job that isn't going to advance your career or pay any more money for longer hours.

Funnily enough I've got hash on the menu for either today or tomorrow denise. As I couldn't decide whether to have ham or corned beef I got fish out of the freezer just in case. I think I'll make a ham hash today. I've got about 18 syns left but I'd rather not use them as I'm hoping that not having maximum syns might help. I'm still feeling fat. I think I'm just obsessed because of the gain. I've had a good week but I don't feel any thinner. Perhaps it's psychological?;)

My plan is to go to my usual group for WI as I know I'll have to pay so I'd rather pay my own consultant. Does it matter that it'll be 8 days (Wednesday last week, Thursday this)?

Still dusty here as today he's knocking down the ceiling for replastering. I think today's the last really messy day though. :)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk, skinny syrup, half banana
L: cold meat (ham/chicken), pickles, fried veg
D: Austrian ham hash with cabbage and kale
    Syns: none
