How long is it expected to take? How many people working on it or is it like us with one man doing everything? He done the whole job for less than a company wanted just for labour!!! So we'd have had to pay out for the cupboard, sink unit, shower, shower cubicle, toilet and all the tiles, floor to ceiling and floor tiles! So was definitely worth using our usual builder for the whole job even if it did take it longer to finish but we were away on holiday so didn't have to put up with any mess. And he got rid of all the waste materials.

Same here mostly. Just the one man who's a plumber but he's doing everything else except for the tiling which he's sub contracted himself. We chose all the fittings and he's liaising with the showroom for delivery when he's ready. All I had to buy separately was the flooring and he's fitting that too. So he's a project manager as well. :D I anticipate it might be into next week before it's finished. :(
