  • Nope, no reply yet for me either!

I was using admin@aedis.com for the poster above looking for contact information

This could be an option, at the moment I am going to wait before going down a refund route
  • I contacted CACAIR and they contacted AEDIS on my behalf and I was emailed some notes the next day so probably worth going down that route they seem to have a contact route that we dont: :T:j:T

    Second Anniversary
Been a while guys as nothing’s happened.
Despite CICAIR’s help Aedis still insist they have no notes on my completed build.

Council are coming out Wednesday to look at the extension to ‘sign off’.
    They suggest I have available:-
    1) photos
    2) the project manager for the build
    3) a bribe

One of them was a lie.

    Fingers crossed.
  • Glad I found this feed...
I've been pulling my hair out!
Any advise would be greatly received - so here goes.
My project finished on the 1st May and as far as I'm aware Aedis still had insurance as it expired on 31st May (if it wasn't cancelled before the expiry date)?

I've now had to reverse everything with the Local Authority and they want to inspect everything, including exposing steels etc :(

I really just want to know why Aedis can't provide my certificates can't be provided, as they were still insured at the time of completion.

Did you produce aedis notes and your photos for the LABC?

The company I used to carry out the work requested the photos and notes - I can only assume they received them.
  • Who did you speak to at CICAIR - I rang and emailed, and just told me to wait!!!
