Hi Guys,
Has anyone received any case notes this week?
I spoke to the other side of Aedis and CICAIR and the said there is 2 people still working sending out notes.:(
Thanks0 -
Hi Has anyone got any contact details for any Aedis, I last spoke that they were going to send me the file to a Matt Smith. He was actioning my file. But we didn't receive it.
I have left a message with CICAIR today to contact me, are these helpful I getting the notes?0 -
I contacted CICAIR regarding AEDIS notes again today to see if notes were still being sent out, they said they were, and they have a massive task with only 2 people working, they just said pretty much it’s just a waiting game, I myself have been waiting for a month.0

Have you received anything yet Matt?0

Thanks for your reply. I have had contact from CICAIR really helpful lady. They have a duty to keep these records for 15 in safe keeping even if they go into liquidation.
Hopefully they will get these to us asap.0 -
Ah that's good news Crisp about your request. Apparently the Inspector I had spoke to before he disappeared told me our notes were extensive. We are going to compile photos and thanks re the delivery notes/invoices they will help that we have collected. We can form an extensive file.
What a nightmare though.0 -
Just wondering what contact email you guys are using to try and contact Aedis please?0

I only had the actual inspectors but there was an Andrew Birch I will get that for you. He has never responded andrew.birch@aedis.com0

Same situation as most people on this thread . Unable to get my case notes .Aedis now not contactable . Managed to get hold of the inspector who surveyed the work .he said that he would try to get the reports for me .However consequently he has not got back to me nor is he answering my phone calls .
CICAIR are not very helpful
Only recourse i have was to contact the LABC . They now want the fees for:
1.full plan application £400
2.building notice £980
3 .inspection fee £730
All but the inspection fee was paid to the LABC before going with Aedis.
Is this the procedure all LABC follow for Reversion procedure or am i being charged wrongly having to submit all plans and building notice again .
Refund from AEDIS not looking hopeful.
Thank you all that have contributed to this thread0 -
Shouldn't have to pay planning app again as this would have been paid to Council anyway.0
