Your presentation is generally good, the place looks nice and clean and although fully furnished isn't too cluttered. It's not to my taste but I don't think it's off-putting to many people.
First photo really should be the front of the house and show the front door. I'd like to see the grass raked/demossed and greener, a boundary between you and next door left - if you can't put up a fence, perhaps some tubs and join them with white chain-and-posts - the driveway tarmac looks in ppor condition, and the plants below the kitchen window look like overgrown chives.
I would take out the animal cages, and put the single big armchair in that corner to make the lounge look more spacious, at least for the photo.
The furniture and blow-up sex tub makes the decking look cluttered. The furniture might look better on the gravelled area at the end of the garden. The lawn needs improved and the back paved border weeded. Spray the fencing/decking and freshen it up.
Are some of the brown patches on the grass doggy tinkles? ;-)
Big drawback for me would be the kitchen off the lounge, no separate dining room, and no downstairs WC, but you can't change that.
The agent's blurb needs to be rewritten. If he can't tell the difference between a semi-colon and a comma he should employ someone who can. The directions should be clearly highlighted and not wedged in under the waffle about his introductory commissions to solicitors.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

The wooden facias on the garage though might come up on a survey so it might be just as easy to plastic them if the wood has perished a bit.
High up woodwork I give a bit benefit of the doubt.
Something that can be maintained from a £10 set of steps there is no excuse for not giving it a tidy before pictures, door looks like it has not been touched for a while.
Makes you wonder what else is neglected and with a flat felt roof on the garage that could be an expense.
Then there is the other woodwork outside like the decking and fences, you wonder if that has had regular maintenance.
The bottom of the garden looks like the same red paint was use as on the facias and there were some spare slabs so they were scattered there.
Not going to stop a viewing/purchase but when you see yourself with work to sort out the outside you will be not paying top dollar unless the rest is solid.0 -
Your house is nice and spaces. But feel like to much clutter. Less is more .0

I think the market is slow. We have had no viewings or registered interest for two whole months. We have great pictures, a reasonable asking price and a well presented and up to date property. Just need that one buyer in a depressed market. I have compared the property to similar in the area and ours looks better all round, so just got to wait and it could be a while. I think your property, for what its worth, needs repainting in neutral colours throughout and you need to really tidy up the garden. It would look much more inviting in pale greys/neutral up to date colours and with some planting and a tidier garden. However, 1.5 weeks is not long.0

Weeds in the garden looks like you don't really care even that picture with your cute doggy you've got plenty that could be got rid of really quickly. I vote for painting the deck and remove the hot tub doesn't add anything makes it look small.
I would try a different agent I chose mine based on his online photos.Save £12k in 25 No 49

When I was looking I was in the 'if there's not a photo of a room there's something wrong!' brigade. Just put me off from looking further. Even if they look a bit cramped a photo will show it's not in bad repair, and if dimensions are on the floor plan that should help.
Other than that - yup agree the photos are not the best.0
