I think the market is slow. We have had no viewings or registered interest for two whole months. We have great pictures, a reasonable asking price and a well presented and up to date property. Just need that one buyer in a depressed market. I have compared the property to similar in the area and ours looks better all round, so just got to wait and it could be a while. I think your property, for what its worth, needs repainting in neutral colours throughout and you need to really tidy up the garden. It would look much more inviting in pale greys/neutral up to date colours and with some planting and a tidier garden. However, 1.5 weeks is not long.
Thats like dangling a crack in front of us, start a thread so we can get are fix.:A0 -
