Thanks to some cashback websites and some xmas money off my mum (which was very unexpected and so going straight off my debt!) my total has had a big boost and now stands at £124.39:j

Only £175.61 to go to meet my target and im also back on track after a slow couple of weeks! :D

Things got a bit complicated over Christmas but after spending a few hours yesterday sorting through my bank accounts and working out where I stand, I make it that if I can save £500 this month then by the end of Jan I should have £1127 saved up towards my £2000 total.

So that's sort of hopeful, but I've left myself £170 to live on for the month and that's got to cover a hen night, my mum's birthday, two tanks of petrol and the cost of getting the car fixed as well as any other expenses that might pop up during the month _pale_ Eeek, it may be a little hard to achieve. Fingers tightly crossed that the car repairs don't cost too much!!

Ok, I need to get my head round this challenge. So far we've paid £235 off so I've a long way to go. Working a lot this month so that will help and OH has done quite a lot of overtime too.

    Only £2265 to go!

    Hi,

I thought I'd joined this challenge but apparently my comp must have been playing up. Anyway I'd like to join now :D

I'm going to be trying to pay off one of my credit cards (Gulp) as seen in my sig. I had my first magor break through a few days ago when I realised that I'd been paid £140 from Quidco :j I put it straight onto my cc (Before I had chance to spend it!) and now I'm looking forward to seeing the money gone from my next bill :T
  • Can i join please? :) Id like to clear a debt with studio catalogue which is £435. :) My sons birthday is 1st april though so ill have to budget well for his party so i can still put any spare money on the debt and not the party! :)

    Evening all!

Well last week I paid off my last credit card and yep I am pretty darn chuffed about that! So thats two out of four of the debts. My original aim was for £3480 and I have £2100 left for my OD and for my ground rent. This is going to be tough as I dont have anything in the pipeline, other than no council tax for 2 months. I will try to enter some free bingo sites and see whatelse I can flog on Amazon.

Better get my thinking cap on!
