Finally got my reciept from Tesco's and had been given a couple of really expensive substitues even though I asked for no substitutes, so am getting £5 credit back from them. Feeling quite happy today as its pay day on Friday, not long to go now.0

Got paid today so bad in credit now, revised my Cashflow statement last night and it looks like I may (just) manage to pay off the Overdraft this month. Fingers Crossed, had better make sure I don't spend any money.0

I'm feeling a bit down about this challenge this week, I keep going over my finances and I don't see how I can manage it.
I've got loads of stuff on eBay at the mo' and I'm expecting £30 from Quidco but even if I get the money I want I still can't see me clearing my c/c before April.
I'm hopping I'll be able to halve it though and I suppose even being able to get it down to £1,000 in the space of only 3 months when I can normaly only pay off £50 per month is better than nothing.0 -
wahoo! Just got a HUGE boost to my total...!!
Before BG put their prices up i was £5 a year better on on the old tariff i was on than their newer "online click 4" tariff... anyway just done a comparison and found out because they didnt put the price of that tariff up but did mine.. my bill would have gone up by £103!! So i just switched within British Gas (waiting to change suppliers if theres a cheaper one eventually) and bagged myself £60 cashback through Quidco!
So im now up to £196.62 Really chuffed!
Only £103.38 to go..0 -

Hey Everyone
Just wanted to share my good news. Today I paid off my credit card!!!!! Was a whopping £461 which is going to leave me very short for Feb but boy is the feeling worth it! and this also means I've reached my challenge goal!
This has made me even more determined to sort out my finances. Next to tackle is my £1800 overdraft. Also saving for a move but hope to have it cleared in 6 months so £300 per month!
I truly believe that this site has helped me take control of my debt. It's a fantastic support network and I just want to say a big thank you to everyone.
