Well, the part in 3 is booody clear
You lost, on papers
The Judge decided you did not submit any evidence and so could not defend the claim.
SO, you read to 7, where it tells you that if you DID file evidence, you tell the court.
This isnt a difficult order to read, you just have to get through to the important bits.
What proof do you have that you served your evidence as per the prior order?2 -
You have 7 days to prove that you did in fact submit a WS & evidence to the court and Claimant.
Be quick and prove that you did.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
