What do you mean set it aside?
I thought that if your case loses you have 28 days to pay up and it will not go on your record. Otherwise you will have a CCJ on your credit score.0 -
I called the court to advise I have paid it. He said between me and you there is nothing on my case yet in regards to a CCJ, whether it is still processing or someone has forgotten to action it. He said get confirmation to us that it's been paid ASAP.
I am not bothered about losing the money but I am really bothered about my credit score being affected. We are looking to move homes in a few years..0 -

It has to come from BW legal. They said they would send it to the courts and I also have asked them to send me an email to confirm but it can take a few days. I can imagine they wont be in any rush though.0

Hi
so my son has a medical placement in Reading and I paid the £30 for the parking permit for 4 weeks. The permit must have blown off his windscreen when he parked last Wednesday and today being the registered keeper of the car I have received a parking fine. I have called Reading Hospital who say not their problem. What do I do now? Any help appreciated. thanks
