I sent my WS last week, exactly two weeks before the hearing. Today I have just had a letter that says the hearing is vacated and the judge has reviewed the evidence on the 4th of June. Basically saying I have not submitted any evidence and the everything the claimant has stated is clear. What do i do??? the letter is so dam vague and I have no idea on how to proceed! any help would be greatly appreciated.
I didnt get any response back from sending my WS and i feel all lines of communication with the court just aren't working.
To where did you send your Witness Statement and evidence?  Was it e-mail, post, hand delivered?  If e-mail, what address and did you get any form of auto acknowledgement?  If post, did you obtain a FREE certificate of posting?  If hand delivered, to where and did you obtain a receipt from the court usher?

Le_Kirk, it was emailed to both claimant and the court at the email address they provided on the letter, yes an auto reply was received.

Yep sent the whole thing again.
Just a note they have now mentioned a 10mb attachment limit... I have had to reduce the quality of the images of the signs so they are just about readable with perfect eyesight.. I have mentioned I can send again with a higher quality but i doubt they would request them again.

Did you write a covering letter, referring to the order made x date, and pursuant to para 7 etc, so the court has some clue what you're sending and why?
