You MUST hand deliver if you are not 100% *sure* they will print or otherwise file your email submission.

So 4 months later the court have not responded or sent me any further letters - 0 communication. I rang them 2 weeks ago just to check and the agent advised the case is still open and my evidence present, it sounds like they have a back log and so theres nothing I can do except wait.
However, BWLegal have sent me 2 letters.
The first is another letter before claim for the second notice i received. Is there a time limit for them to make the claim?

The second letter is - NOTICE OF UNPAID COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT
This really pisses me off as i am 99% sure they are lying, the court would surely have to send me a letter or two regarding a CCJ?
It says the CCJ was entered against you on 08 June etc its not too late blah blah.
Any advise on what to do in this situation??
    Thanks.

Second notice - deadline is, as you know, 6 years to file a claim

Well the court would only send one. Maybe give the court a call now because they have definitive answers, we can only guess. 8th June sounds wrong - check back on your detaisl. Have you ensured it is for the same PCN ref?

I received a letter from the court in June advising the hearing was cancelled (a few weeks before the hearing was due) and they hadn't received my evidence.  It advised I had like 2 weeks to file the evidence, this was done straight away and nothing has been heard since! The other PCN's haven't been sent to court yet.

I will try to call the courts this afternoon

Spoke with the court, he has said the case has no action against it so it has just been sat here and he will raise this with the judge. He mentioned as per the previous letter it does mention judgement will be entered but unsure whether that has resulted in a CCJ. Im unsure how to check but i will wait a couple of weeks to hear back from the court.

No. do not wait a "couple of weeks"
If you do have a judgement against you without a hearing, you need to get it resolved much quicker than that.

    Just a quick update.
I spoke with the courts, and the case has essentially been on hold since June. Still waiting for the judge to review the case with no CCJ. BW Legal are just blatantly lying to try to make me pay :)
Surely they are not allowed to do this?

Of course they are not, complain to the SRA.

    Of course not

if they have categorically stated there is a ccj against you, complaint to the SRA. Point out their member IS LYING and they cannot ignore this. This MUST result in a sanction

complain to BW complaint partner. Insist they investigate how they can MISLEAD A CONSUMER in such an obvious way.
