So by missing the deadline to file a WS, this OP forfeited the right to give evidence and DJ Iyer gave judgment for the Claimant for this one. Only of course, he removed the false £60.
But the OP has two more PCNs. What's happening with them?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah it is my own stupid fault but I have to say the deadline wasn't very clear, the Bold headline date you read is the regarding the hearing.
The 2nd PCN I have been sent a letter of claim with a cost of £396.96 lol dated 29th September 2020, so i guess i'm waiting for another letter from the court.
and the 3rd I haven't heard anything for a while. Although I am tempted to pay it without prejudice as I don't have a parking pass in my window on the evidence (office car park, and I was probably late for work).0 -

Although I am tempted to pay it without prejudiceIf you're paying the full asking price 'without prejudice' seems irrelevant as the court case won't happen. An offer below the asking price would be more appropriately marked 'WP' as if they refuse, it could well end up in court and would mean they couldn't inform the Judge during the hearing about the offer (and the implied acceptance of liability). But if you've got a third claim waiting in the wings, and you pay the current one now, you can be sure of them piling in with the third as you seem very willing to open your wallet. If you fight the current charge (and possibly win in court), that may cause them to forget having a third bite. All speculation, it's your choice, it's your wallet. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

this is not just any ticket , this is a cpm ticket4 -
The letter of Claim is only from BW legal, nothing from the courts yet. It says Principal Debt - £300, Estimated interest - £21.96, Estimated Court Fees - £25, Estimated Solicitors' Costs - £50. I suspect it may be regarding both pcns. I will wait and see what happens. I already have my defence + WS ready from this case so its a lot less effort on my behalf.
I do need some advice however.
I have called BW legal to pay the debt from the order and keep getting disconnected when they place me on hold.
They have advised me that because the Judgement was entered in June that I will have a CCJ showing as paid. I had challenged the judgement and have only received the letter in November with the conclusion stating that the judgement stands.
Surely the 28 days to pay the judgement would be from November?

Hmmm...if you pay it now then you still have a CCJ affecting your record. Trouble is, you have no grounds to set it aside.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
