Yeah apologises, the claimant is CPMS and i assume it is BW legal who will be representing them for this case as that is the address for sending any documents and payments.
Tonight I will file my defence via email and call them tomorrow to make sure its been received.
Will I need the witness signatures at this stage or can that wait for the WS?0 -
Im struggling to find a copy of the judgements or what they will look like. Is this going to be a transcript, a link to an external site or is it just a case number?0

Judgments could be found by asking Auntie Google or searching this forum or sometimes on Parking Prankster site. If you cannot find the transcripts at least put the case numbers in. DO NOT MISS your deadline for submission.1

I have found what I needed, the defence has been emailed just now but my only worry is the deadline is 4pm Tuesday and I believe they are closed tomorrow. Should I also upload this to MCOL?0

You don't upload anything to MCOL. If you have e-mailed it as per KeithP's instructions on post # 7, and you can see it in your SENT folder, you should be fine. E-mail systems don't shut down for holidays!1
