Hey all,
Hope people are well. Hugs all round. Not too long till the weekend now :j
Well my room needs a bit more work . But its a busy weekend this weekend and my poor cat isnt going to see me much. Oh wellI will have to make every effort to try and see her.
So today is a hoover around the house and see if i can sort some Christmas presents and pack for the weekend.
Just a quick question can people help. Im after some bags like these to put the sweeties im making in http://www.lakeland.co.uk/product.aspx/!1484 but im objecting to pay the postage which is nearly twice as much as the product. Ive had a bit of a search on-line but cant find anything. Does anyone know of anywhere?
See you all later, Axxx0 -

Will wait till later and bake stuff off in stages :money: .
My feet are freezing I must get slippers standing on that kitchen floor in just socks is not a good idea this time of the year. 10 mins till I set off to collect DD1 from school. Ham is smelly yummy in the slow cooker. Wish I was this productive everyday:D0 -
zacmilly - you have my sympathy. I think grandparents forget just how impatient littles ones can be. I know on Saturday the girls drove DH mad by asking from 7.30am is nanny would be here in a minute. She turned up at 10.40!0

ARGH! I HATE it when MIL 'goes out her way' to take BOTH the kids overnight. For some reason you can never find her until about 6pm....
Wish she would just say no, or can't take them till 6pm, that way I wouldn't bother getting excited about going out for the first time in god knows how long and waste the whole day trying to oganise things.
Anyway,
speak of the devil! 4pm! She phoned back!
Better go get them packed up, get myself tidied up, drop them off and i can come back home, shower and get ready in peace! :j0 -
Hello everyone,
I fell off the Flylady wagon yesterday
All I did all day was to scrub and shine my kitchen sink and draining board and put a load of washing in (not hung up yet). I think I freaked myself out by printing the whole list from Monday to Thursday out, and then crossing the VERY few things I had done off it......
Quite fed up, but am trying not to do my usual 'abandon diet' thing! I am going to get back on the wagon today. I'm at work until 4 ish, and then picking DD up from school, and have to start on cooking a Beouf Bourg. for 12 for the evening, but once it's in it can simmer away so I can do some scrubbing.
I can already see the difference you're all having on my house, so I'm determined to get into a routine, even if I have to deep clean on a Saturday.

I MUST GET MY B8TT IN GEAR
Every week I say I'll start this and I never do! Last night I got so sick of the mess I hoovered and mopped the kitchen, hooved the living room, stairs, landing and bathroom, washed up and put away, hung up some more washing, and cleaned the bathroom all in about 1/hour! I was shattered but it looks so much better! OH tidied his desk too which is where everything gets dumped.
I really want to start this on a Monday and do little and often. The kitchen gets done every day as I hate a messy kitchen!
