Well done Rach - that's great news. Can't wait to hear more about it
I'd like to say I've had a busy week, and I guess I have, but there is nothing really to show for it.
The weekend is fully booked, so I'll not get anything done then, yet here I am sat at the computer with such a messy house around me.
So far this week I've:
Worked Job no. 1 Mon, Tues & Wed
Had LO Tues, Wed, Thurs and today
Sort of kept up with washing
Made appointment for car to be serviced
Done banking
Updated business finances
Ordered some vouchers online for Christmas using Hotpoints
Bought another christmas pressie
Had my first waxing!!!
Walked to town and had a haircut today
Got my roster for work at Job no. 2 for the next two weeks
Contacted mortgage broker.
Still to do:
Vacuum floors through house and sofas - sofas done last Saturday
Dusting, even if around everything
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
Water any thirsty plants, wipe their poor neglected leaves!!
Paperwork clearanceStrip bed linen and wash, replace with clean linen
Clean tops of drawers and wardrobes
Clean floors in bathrooms (even if it is around the clutter)
Clean baths, toilets and sinks
Dust PC and desk, wipe with damp cloth if grimey
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Delete 10 links in your favourites which you no longer use or are dead! Just did this the other day by default - lost the lot of them and now have to try and refind some. Had a great tattoo site that had one on that I want . . .
Defragment PC, or at least do a disc clean up (we have three to do)
30 minutes ironing
Tonight I must get bag sorted for tomorrow - off fishing for the day - it's Job no. 1's Christmas 'do'. Should be fun, but we are leaving at 7am, so I need to be sure that the sunblock, camera and warm clothes are packed and ready to go.

Right, phones off music on and I'm going to blast through the house in the hour I have to spare before I'm meeting my mate to take her little girl to the park to see all the leaves changing colour - she loves trees and its exercise and out of the house (and men bashing time :rotfl: ) for us two mums
Just need to do the school run first now I've printed off this weeks list. I'll finish whatever I don't get done tonight when I get back from picking DD up and before we go to get the weekly shop from Asda at 4.30 (so OH can pick us up on his way homeThere is no way I'm trying to get a sack of spuds & a sack of onions & I don't know what else home on my own in the shopping trolley!)

Back from school run and I am freezing. Cuppa and then hoovering as that always makes me hot.
Where is pigpen??The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Ooh, freezing here today. There's a layer of frost everywhere that looks really pretty as long as you don't have to go outside!
Having a bit of a laugh reading through some of the posts. My OH wouldn' even know how to log onto his internet bank accounts; he leaves all that to me. He hates even when he has to phone the bank and once failed the security questions because he couldn't tell them a single direct debit he had on the account. I'm stood open mouthed saying "Surely you at least knew who the mortgage is with?! The council tax? YOUR pension?" Apparently not!
Another Quidco fan here. Been on since August last year, had over £600 paid out and only one thing failed to track. I do clean cookies all the time though - you can download a free programme called CarpCleaner (reverse the r and a !) that will do it for you.
OK, today's list - got DS off school for the third Friday running (teacher training this time) so he can help with his room. DD's room still immaculate from the big declutter we did in there so only cleaning to do there, not tidying, yay!

Congratulations Rach!
D&D - had to laugh about your Dad. My DH comes home and says OMG what have you thrown away now......! I did boogie a lot of his stuff before we moved but put it in the coal shed, when he hadn't noticed any of it had gone after 6 months I freecycled it.
Sat in Monday waiting for my Range oven, got cancelled due to vehicle failure, re-arranged for today - they just rang to cancel again. Tempted to cancel it and order for for Currys just for a boost on the team ranking, only Currys cost more for less.
Anyway my self imposed challenge for the day is a flylady style emergency clean. 15 minutes in three rooms, then a 15 minute break, repeat ad infinitum.
If you see me back on here before 10.45am please feel free to issue a kick.
