    Evening all,
Struggling with things a bit here so apologies not posting as much. Back is still quite bad, although initially had thought trip to osteopath had helped. Due to return Tuesday afternoon. It’s my 2 bottom vertebrae that are the issue, one is pushing out or something, so that’s why I’ve so much pain. He tried to get it back in place for over an hour - felt a bit roughed up afterwards!! So no clubbercise which has totally peed me off. Also got some issues with one of my adult children atm, so that’s added to the mix. Always the same I guess & OH is already convinced my back has gone due to stress anyway.

So not much movement, won’t help things. Can’t bend to switch on scales, so not weighed since weekend when I had lost, but doubt that will have remained the case. Think I may call a STS to be safe.

Finally gave in and had a day off work today, just couldn’t face sitting at a desk in pain all day again

    Meal plan today:
B - shredded wheat HEB & milk from HEA
L - Christmas dinner soup from the freezer - packed with veggies & turkey
    Snavk - mango & kvarg
    D - Aldi skinny sausages (3) mash & beans, gravy (2)
Snack - cheese slice HEA2 not a full portion but still counting it.

Welcome back Beanie and catering. Good to see old friends posting too.
Meant to be out daytime tomorrow so not sure on food. May do a packed lunch for me. Glad to say new mattress arrives Sunday - thank the lord!
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

It never rains but it pours. When your back is okay, you will have to look after it.... it really restricts what you can do!

Flipping kids.... I am sure that they get worse when they get older!

    Keep going x

So the plan of how long do I need to be on SW/loose weight before OH notices is afoot. On weekends we have been going to the new house to do work... he always makes the lunch - sandwiches  Soooo.... I tell him last night that I am not going to eat bread for a few days as I am windy.... he tells me it is rubbish.... so whilst snuggling this morning... I trump..... he is now supportive of me not eating bread... but thinks me taking eggs is just as bad.

    SSM I think he's got a point :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Weekend wine took over last night so not having any today!

Today has worked out to be a Green day - more by luck than judgement, LOL: Just as well as DH is also trying to stick to plan to lose the holiday weight and he's already had his HEB + 2.5 syns for half a slice of toast (he has 800g loaf!)

    So the plan today is:

B - baked oats; quark; melon, strawberries & grapes, salted caramel skinny syrup - HEB
L - HM vegetarian scotch eggs using Linda McCartney red onion & rosemary sausages (no breadcrumbs); will have with salad - mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, fennel, beetroot, pickled onions, spring onions. May also make some remoulade (grated celeriac, mustard & mayo) so will be a couple of syns there if I do.
D - Butternut squash & sweet potato curry with pilau rice.
    S - Ryvita, cheese - HEB2, HEA2

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB1 - porridge oats
    HEB2 - Ryvita
(may not actually have the 2nd HEA/HEB depends if I'm peckish this evening!)

Syns - remoulade 2 (if I make it!)

That will pull back some of the syn excess from yesterday!

    Have a good day everyone.

    Denise
