Sorry to hear that things are grim, at times like this I always recommend focusing on one issue that can be resolved at a time... when it is resolved, it gives you the strength to go onto the next issue. But make sure you look after yourself, as without you, it would all go to hell in a hand cart xSSM I think he's got a point :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Weekend wine took over last night so not having any today!
Today has worked out to be a Green day - more by luck than judgement, LOL: Just as well as DH is also trying to stick to plan to lose the holiday weight and he's already had his HEB + 2.5 syns for half a slice of toast (he has 800g loaf!)
Denise
I know but the bread is not SW friendly...:rotfl::rotfl:
Well done on getting OH onto the plan :T:T:T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:you crack me up!!

Nice morning here
I seek to please... the sun is out here now.
I was up early took DS2 home, then went to have my face done... got home to find OH had only just got the lawnmower out... we are supposed to be off to the land to crack on... but at least it gives me chance to catch up on here.. every cloud and all that x
Beanie, how are you managing with the diet planning?
Today I am having
Breakfast - all bran, quark and some strange fruit I cannot remember the name of
Lunch - eggs, ham, tomato, beetroot - then grapes and cherries.
Tea - pulled bbq chicken (it is in the slow cooker) and whatever manky veg is in the fridge!
I was supposed to go shopping... but forgot  so OH has no sugar for his coffee...:D100 -
Morning all :A
WI with gain .8lbfully expected but less than I deserve
Had Chinese and chips last Saturday and yesterday was out until 5pm at outdoor activity centre with our class so bread products consumed.
Really long day it was too as dog got me up at 5am and on my feet most of the day so back and legs very painful. I too have back issues (degenerative back condition which aggravates the sciatic nerve) with constant pain in right leg
Was a stress free day though as my job share got the short straw with his nibs as I was with child in power chair. Really enjoyed my day for a change
Today will be a chill out day as I’m completely whacked though.
Have a good weekend all :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning all! Welcome back Beanie, Stoke and Matron!
Sending hugs to Sary and Sue xxx
Happy to report a 1.5lb loss please Chris - taking me into a new stone bracket which was a very welcome sight, and it's also my lowest recorded weight in 18 months! Slowly, slowly... my next target is my Club 10, 5lbs to go!
Plan for today is:
B - too late, slept in
D - Bacon, mushroom and new potato omelette
T - Beef teriyaki stir fry
HEA - Milk
HEB - ??
Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), teriyaki sauce (3) - I could have sworn that used to be free?, maybe some crisps or something as well
It's finally stopped raining here so going to try to get out in the garden. Rain doesn't seem to have done much for the plants but the bliddy weeds have shot up! Have a good weekend all!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
