Good morning everyone- arrived in Belgium yesterday and we are parked up between 2 canals. The one in front of us is for leisure boats and the one behind us is for working boats, some of which are enormous! There are also quite a few houseboats moored up.

Food and wine not particularly SW friendly! although at the moment evening meals are as bought stuff from home for a few days. Tonight I'm making a Spanish rice dish which is a bit like the SW chicken and chorizo jambalaya.

Weather is great and definitely shorts and t-shirt weather. Hope it lasts.

I'm reading most days but using mobile data so won't be posting often.

I'm still feeling fat but I've been on plan since last Friday so I'm just going to keep plodding. :)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana, skinny syrup
L: JP with veggie chilli, cottage cheese, beetroot and pickled cabbage
D: Sausages, mash, carrots, cauli, broccoli, fried onions
Syns: BGTY sausages 2, gravy 4?

No, not this week bubbs. Usually I only go about every 8 weeks. I'll try to leave it as close to my holiday (just under 4 weeks away) as possible to give me maximum time to rein in when I get back. Well that's the plan.;)

ETA: Also, like denise, I don't want to book holidays when I'm away for 3 weeks if I can avoid it so need to feel slim before I go back to WI to try to ensure I'm in target range at least. Low end is a bit of a pipe dream at the moment.

Thanks for the sweet omelette recipe, bubbs, I fancy those meatballs too. And thanks, Denise, for cooking advice.

Despite my worst fears, I kept the gain to under 1lb; hoping Ill get a better result next week (from better effort, of course).
