Glad you're getting some more sleep sue. That's really good news.:)

Went to Tesco today (rare visit for me) and stocked up on red and white wine stockpots. Noticed that their tagliatelle is just 50p for 500g which is an excellent price (70p in Sainsbury's and 89p in Waitrose). DH and I much prefer that to spaghetti so stocked up on that too. :)

Booohoo, I put on +0.5lb at WI today. I know I celebrated Tuesday last week getting SOTW at group with some Easter choc, but did reign in the syns the rest of the week :(. Never mind, will try and up the speed this week, fingers crossed the scales go the other way again soon.

Someone at group mentioned the Muller Lights going down in size, the single ones, but price staying the same . Good news is a lot of them will go down to being half a syn. Apparently there will be an announcement on the SW website soon. Typical isn't it, another product downsized *rolls eyes*.

Just done my weekly shop including lots of fresh stuff, bit salad planned for tonight alongside more crustless quiche and doner kebab. Might freeze some before I get sick of it :rotfl:.

Enjoy the sun while it is here .

    Poundsinbucks x :)
    🥳🥳 SW -6st 3.5lbs 🥳🥳

Thank you bubbs, yes first ever gain since starting SW. Funnily enough I am not half as upset as when I had a STS the other week when being 100% on plan. I know now it is not the end of the world and I can turn it around.

When you have your skewers, you do them on your George Foreman? They look really good. I would have to wait til the w/e and get OH to start up the BBQ .

Just had my dinner, more quiche and lots of salad. And have plenty of options for breakfast again, now I am stocked up with fruit and eggs again :).

Well the picnic by the lake went well and the emu scotch eggs;) went down a treat, Hubby loved his. I managed to eat a good 3/4 rest went to the dog, who also really liked them.
Had with beets toms rad - still giving the lettuce and cuc a miss, needless to say I went for a long walk after.
Not sure what to have for tea as not hungry at present.
Never feel ravenous when it is warm.
