I'm having a good week but still feeling a bit fat and bloated. Probably last week's excesses catching up.:(

Still plodding on though (hope you're OK beanie:wave:) and sticking to plan. I was starving when I got home last night because we'd had dinner early. Resisted having chocolate though and made myself (at 11.15 p.m) a quick salad of bits from the fridge and cupboards (ham, beetroot, pickled onion, cornichons, tomato and cottage cheese):D. It's always worth having SW friendly snacking things available. :)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA1 milk for drinks
L: ham, beetroot, fried LO veg
D: SW Bolognese, tagliatelle, HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns: HP sauce 1

Well done vegastare and oxfordgirl on your losses. :T

I like a morning group best too but not always possible. :)

Yes, fat free fromage frais is free. :)

I've recently bought Jordans Skinny Syrup from TKMaxx. Mine is the salted caramel flavour. I'm really pleased with it. I have it instead of golden syrup on my porage. Anything to save a few syns. :D

What do you save your syns for vegastare ? :)

Hello all, just popping on to keep myself accountable :D Hope you're all doing ok.

TTD, just to echo what the others said - a totally thoughtless comment, don't give it another thought.

    Glad things are improving Sue!

    Bon voyage Denise!

Went for an Indian last night and had chicken rogan josh with pilau rice (9 syns as far as I can tell), plus half a peshwari naan (I'm not even going to look at the syns in THAT! :o) plus diet coke. I normally love a korma or butter chicken(!) so I was fairly restrained.

    Today:
B - Granola and FF greek yog with clementine
    D - Chicken and chorizo jambalaya (2.5)
T - Tray bake: 3x M&S cumberland chipolatas (1.5), sweet potato, red onion, broccoli
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Granola
    Syns - Sugar (4), 4 as above, hot choc (2) = 10

    Tomorrow:
B - Granola and FF greek yog with clementine
D - Pasta with bacon, red onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, parmesan
    S - Clementine, pineapple, passionfruit
T - Pork chop, sweet potato mash, roast broccoli
    HEA - Milk, parmesan
    HEB - Granola
    Syns - Sugar (4), hot choc (2) = 6

I really want to cut down on my sugar and have been trying to reduce what I put in my coffee but it's hard! (I don't like sweetener unfortunately). Going to take some peppermint tea to work tomorrow as an alternative.

All this meal prepping lark - does anyone feel like their life has become one long cycle of washing up tupperware?!
